I started learning the piano at the Conservatory in Douai in 1980 .Later I experienced a musical revelation thanks to Jean Loup Dehant who played the double-bass . A few important encounters with Leonard Bernstein, Slava Rostropovitch, Jean-Pierre Rampal, Pierre Boulez, Salvatore Accardo for example, enabled me to enhance my initial training.

In 1991, I was selected to be double-bass solo at the Bordeaux National Orchestra. At the time I also discovered other musical universes with Juan José Mosalini and Astor Piazzola 's music, Klezmer music with Stéphane Rougier at the violin and Fernando Millet at the guitar.

In 2016, I dealt with a new aspect of music with the organization of a festival called "Musique à croquer" in Bordeaux which is meant to gather together people from different horizons ,around 45 minutes jazz concerts or classical concerts, danse, drama.
